TESTING

Radon testing is simple and cost effective. Tests are conducted for a minimum of 48 hours and are measured by our state of the art radon measurement devices. All test placements and readings are done by our licensed and highly trained staff.

MITIGATION

EPA  guidelines recommend that action be taken to reduce in home radon levels when they reach 4 pCi/l. A radon mitigation system pulls the radon from under the homes basement or crawlspace floor and exhausts it outside. Installation will be completed the same day and utilizes 3 or 4 inch PVC pipe. Costs of a mitigation normally ranges $800-$2000 depending on each individual home. All Radon Fix mitigation system come with a complimentary post installation radon test.
